The room with a jacuzzi. The breakfast was good, well presented and with a lot of options.

The location of this hotel just off the so-called " restaurant ", and the business center was peaceful. I checked out a family farm, that was set at walking distance from the property. I booked updated and spotless room with a king bed, a jacuzzi, a nice view.

This hip new hotel offers a huge variety of updated rooms. Its location is magnificent, just off the so-called "restaurant ". Again, it is approx 10-15 minutes' walk from a family farm. The staff is being genuinely friendly and excellent. The venue provides a great service. Also, free Wi-Fi works throughout the property.

Booked a room with a nice view clean. The location was favourable - walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. The area was nice, a perfect place for us.

Central heating, flat-screen TV and a refrigerator in the room and the exceptionally comfortable bed. What a genuinely friendly and excellent staff. Easy to get to, magnificent and perfect location adjacent to restaurant and Columbia, MO and Bur Oak brewery. Also, to stay at the top of everything.

our recent stay at holiday inn columbia east was exceptional. the front desk staff was attentive and quickly resolved our room issue, even providing a free upgrade. the room was spotless, beds were comfy, and the pool was a great amenity. the friendly woman at checkout made our departure pleasant.

Breakfast disappointment.

Very comfortable mattress. Attractively decorated room. Prompt service. The young men at the front desk and the dining room were very gracious and friendly. The ladies at the front desk, upon checking out, were also lovely. The food in the dining room as good. Our room was quiet and well appointed.

An untended cigarette was burning in the ash can at the front door. It smelled horrible and we had to walk through a cloud of smoke into the entrance. The lobby was thick with the stench of cigarette smoke. We were concerned for a moment that we had booked a smoking hotel. My husband has a serious lung condition and cigarette smoke could cause him to land in the hospital. I called room service, for breakfast, so we could get on the road more quickly. The woman on the phone sighed heavily when I asked if I could place an order. She acted like I was really putting her out and she wasn't a bit friendly. She was very curt when dropping off our food. She seemed kind of hostile.

Booked a room with 2 queen beds, but was given a King bed and a pull out couch. Hotel only got notification of a room booking and not the type of room.

The location was magnificent and perfect and right oof the highway. The room I stayed in was large with good amenities. There were central heating, flat-screen TV and a refrigerator if needed.

Great surprise! The Keurig coffee machine didn't work, but the front desk sent up a new one promptly. Impressive service. The room had a state-of-the-art charging station for electric cars, which was a nice touch. The hotel also had a convenient location, with easy access to key areas of the city.

Not what I expected. The room lacked cleanliness, with dust on the furniture, stained bathroom floor, and a dirty faucet.

This hotel is conveniently located near Bur Oak brewery and just off the 70 highway, making it a great choice for easy access to everything. There have been some complaints about cleanliness issues in the pool area and bathrooms.
